Director, Blood and Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program
The flexibility I have in my current role is a huge perk for me. I have the option to work a 4 day or 5 day work week. If I need to take an occasional remote day or have to leave work for an appointment, I am able to schedule that within my work week. I feel like I always have someone in my corner to ensure coverage and I try to do the same for my peers.
