Ambulatory Clinical Manager
For me personally as a manager, my day looks different every day. Some are meeting heavy and focused more globally on the institution. Other days I am helping out on the unit, talking with patients, or having some difficult discussions with staff or families. There are a few things that remain consistent that includes: rounding on the unit every day (one of my top priorities) and going through way too many emails ;)
