Bree thank you for your interest. We have several entry level roles that only require a high school diploma or equivalent GED. It just depends if you want clinical or non-clinical. If you want to consider a role in the clinical field, Patient Care Tech would be an option and for non-clinical role, Unit Secretary would be an option. Thank you
