Hello! MUSC Health prides itself for promoting within. From my personal experience, people will take notice if you show that you are willing to learn and put in the work. One advice I would give to someone who is wanting to advance their career within MUSC is to get as much education as you can. If you have a bachelors, I would encourage you to take advance that the Medical University of South Carolina is the state's only comprehensive academic health system.
